How long does shipping take for bridal gowns and veils?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 weeks as many of our pieces are made-to-order. We recommend ordering at least 3 months before your wedding date to allow for any necessary alterations.
What is your return policy for bridal wear?
Due to the delicate nature of our products, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Can I request custom measurements for my dress?
Yes, Tulle Lux offers bespoke sizing on select collections. Please contact our bridal consultants via email with your specific measurements to discuss customization options and additional fees.
Do you offer international shipping?
We proudly ship to brides worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I care for my tulle veil after it arrives?
We recommend hanging your veil immediately upon arrival. For wrinkles, use a garment steamer on a low heat setting, or hang it in a steamy bathroom. Never iron tulle directly as it can melt the delicate fabric.
