At Tulle Lux Bridal Company, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if your garment is not the perfect fit, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed bridal wear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and designer tags are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
